DESCRIPTION:The Rutgers Center for COVID-19 Response and Pandemic Preparedness (CCRP2) and the COVID Research Alliance are pleased to announce an intramural funding opportunity for COVID-19 research at Rutgers. \nWe welcome proposals from all departments and institutes across Rutgers University. Proposals are due Monday\, April 15\, 2020. \nThese intramural COVID-19 research grants are intended to build research teams focused on COVID-19 related research\, and provide support for the rapid acquisition of preliminary data and proof-of-concept evidence to support extramural funding applications. \nPlease visit the following website for more information on the scope of research grants and detailed instructions for application preparation and submission: http://njms.rutgers.edu/research/CCRP2/ \nGiven our expertise and the health needs at the state and national levels\, we are excited to announce the establishment of the Center for COVID-19 Response and Pandemic Preparedness (CCRP2) to address SARS CoV-2\, the causative pathogen of COVID-19\, and other emerging pathogen threats.
