Grants.gov hands-on training:

The training will provide a hands on experience with using grants.gov for proposal submission.  We will share all the tips we know and lessons learned from previous submissions.  Emphasis is on the NIH requirements but much of the information will also apply to other agencies.

Human Subjects Certification training (film presentation):

The training will cover:  Definition of Research Involving Human Subjects,  Various criteria of Research, Review Definitions of Risk, Provisions of Informed Consent, Research Involving Children, Prisoners, or Cognitively Impaired Persons, Clinical and Biomedical Research

Participants who attend the ENRTIRE presentation will receive the Human Subject Certification.

Presentation  will be held in Blumenthal Hall, room 201
